  If your Rollplay Toy vehicle is running slowly, the battery may not be fully charged; ensure a secure connection when recharging it. An old battery could also be the cause, so contact Customer Service to order a replacement. Make sure that the vehicle isn't carrying too much weight (the limit is 59 kg / 130 lbs) and that you're operating it on level ground and safe surfaces.
