Assemble the Front Wheels
1. Slide the front thick washer (18) onto the front axle.
2. Slide the front wheel (16) onto the front axle.
3. Slide the front at washer (19) onto the front axle.
4. Slide the snap pin (20) into the hole on the front axle until rmly
attached. Tip: Pliers may be helpful when removing the snap
pin.
5. Snap the rim (21) onto the wheel.
6. Snap the hub cap (22) onto the completed wheel assembly.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 for the remaining front wheel.

Helpful Tip:
1. Using pliers will
make it easier to
remove the snap pin
from the wheel axle
