Adjusting the height for correct posture
Setting the correct height (Figure 12) is crucial for an optimal use of the Rollz
Motion. The height can be adjusted in between the minimum and maximum posi
-
tions. This way the Rollz Motion can easily be adapted to individual needs.
a. Loosen the adjustment handles on the handles counterclockwise
(Figure 13 and 14).
