Run a bead of wood glue along inside edge.
Making sure ends are flush,drill pilot holes
approximately 8" apart and nail with 1-1/2" finish
nails, or you can use #8×1-1/2" screws.
Using a 1/8" drill bit and countersink,drill pilot holes
through the frame sides into each end of the "L"
shaped frame struts.Screw #8 x 2" wood screw
flush.
