MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the Flow Switch
WARNING
The only maintenance normally required is occasional
cleaning when excessive contamination is present in
the liquid.
1. Remove piston plug.
2. Remove spring.
3. Remove the piston.
4. Clean the piston with water till contamination is
cleared.
5. Assemble the components in reverse order.
Switch off key and unplug mains before accessing the flow
switch.
Drain water from the water system before removing the plug
for maintenance.
Do not remove the flow switch unit from the machine.
CAUTION
NOTE
Use care when handling spring to prevent distortion.
Do not overtighten the plastic components. Risk of breakage!
Cleaning the Machine
= Move the machine to its designated cleaning area.
= Ensure that the machine is parked on a flat level surface.
= Take a damp cloth and wipe the machine’s exteriors to remove
any dust or dirt.
= Drain all the tanks.
= Rinse the dirty water tank with fresh water to remove all
contamination.
= Clean the brushes.
