7.4 Two plane dynamic balance using surface A and B shown on Figure 2-7. Trim
balance to ½ of the out of balance by drilling as indicated on Figure 2-7. Balance to
within the following limits at 970-1000 RPM: .15 in. oz. max. per plane. Caution:
Sufficient guarding should be used when balancing the rotating assembly.
7.5 Drain rotor assembly.
7.6 Remove rotor cover (4) to prepare for next assembly step. See Section 4.3.
