DUO SPA S080 & S240
Fill the spa to the top of this cut out in the lter housing front plate. Insert
lter cartridge followed by ow plate. Finally, the lter basket sits on top of
the ow plate.
DURA SPA S160 & S380
Fill the spa so that the second horizontal slat from the top of the strip skimmer
is completely submerged. Insert the lter cartridge and secure the lid and lock
ring back onto the lter housing. Do not turn on the spa without the lter lid
locked into position.
QUATRO & ORBIS SPAS
First Insert your lter cartridge. To gauge whether the spa is full, push the
oating vane weir down into the lter housing until it touches the bottom.
When half of the weir is submerged, the spa is ltered to the correct level.

LOCKING POINTS
DuraSpa models only; relieve any excess air through the bleed valve located on the lter housing
lid. This can be achieved by slowly turning the bleed screw anti-clockwise, allowing the air to slowly
escape, and then tightening up by hand before starting up.
