If your Royal Alloy Scooter's engine won't start, first ensure the side stand is fully retracted. Next, verify that the battery has sufficient power. Also, check the fuel level in the tank. If these steps don't work, remove the spark plug and re-attach it. Replace any blown fuse with a fuse of the correct amperage. If the replacement fuse blows quickly, or if there's no spark when cranking the engine with the spark plug against the engine, it's best to consult a dealer or qualified service mechanic.
