  If one burner does not light from the other burners on your ROYAL GOURMET Grill, it is likely due to grease buildup or food particles in the end of the carryover tube. Clean the carry-over tube with a wire brush.

  If you experience a grease fire or continuous excessive flame above the cooking surface of your ROYAL GOURMET Grill, turn off the LP cylinder. After the grill cools down, clean any food particles and excess grease from inside the firebox area, grease cup/pan/tray, and all other surfaces.

  Gas leaking between the LP cylinder and regulator connection on your ROYAL GOURMET Grill can be caused by improper installation, a loose connection, or failure of the rubber seal. Turn off the LP cylinder valve, remove the regulator from the cylinder, and visually inspect the rubber seal for damage. Conduct an LP cylinder leak test and check the regulator connection to the LP cylinder.
