How to fix one burner not lighting on ROYAL GOURMET ZH3002SN?
    • I
      ibennettJul 28, 2025
If one burner on your ROYAL GOURMET Grill doesn't light from the other burners, it's likely due to grease buildup or food particles in the end of the carryover tube. Clean the carry-over tube with a wire brush to resolve this issue.

    • C
      Courtney KnightAug 10, 2025
A persistent grease fire in your ROYAL GOURMET Grill is likely caused by grease trapped by food buildup around the burner system. If this happens: 1. Turn all knobs to the OFF position. 2. Turn the gas off at the LP cylinder. 3. Leave the lid closed and let the fire burn out. 4. After the grill cools, remove and clean all parts.

What to do if flame blows out on ROYAL GOURMET Grill?
    • M
      Matthew HaneyAug 15, 2025
If the flame on your ROYAL GOURMET Grill blows out, it could be due to high or gusting winds, low LP gas, or a tripped excess flow valve. Try turning the front of the grill to face the wind or increase the flame height. Refill the LP cylinder if it's low.

      Kimberly ClarkAug 23, 2025
If you are unable to fill your LP cylinder for your ROYAL GOURMET Grill, it may be because some dealers have older fill nozzles with worn threads. These nozzles might not have enough 'bite' to engage the valve. Try a different LP dealer.
