What to do if Royal Sovereign QS-1AC coins are not sorting into tubes?

If your Royal Sovereign Cash Counters & Coin Sorters are not sorting coins into tubes, it might be due to foreign objects, bent, damaged, or sticky coins causing a jam. The machine is designed to resolve jams automatically, so wait about 15 seconds for the agitation screw and running vessel to rotate back and forth. You can also gently tap the machine on the side to loosen the jam. If it's still not sorting, push the RUN/STOP button. As an additional step, loosen the Hopper Lid Screw with a coin, lift the Hopper Lid to expose the Running Vessel, retrieve any jammed items, replace the Hopper Lid, screw it back on, and then push RUN/STOP to start sorting again.
