      If your Royal Sovereign Cash Counters & Coin Sorters are not sorting coins into tubes, it might be due to foreign objects, bent, damaged, or sticky coins causing a jam. The machine is designed to resolve jams automatically, so wait about 15 seconds for the agitation screw and running vessel to rotate back and forth. You can also gently tap the machine on the side to loosen the jam. If it's still not sorting, push the RUN/STOP button. As an additional step, loosen the Hopper Lid Screw with a coin, lift the Hopper Lid to expose the Running Vessel, retrieve any jammed items, replace the Hopper Lid, screw it back on, and then push RUN/STOP to start sorting again.

      If the motor of your Royal Sovereign Cash Counters & Coin Sorters does not run, check that the power cord is plugged in and the power switch is turned on. Also, try pressing the RUN/STOP button again. Ensure that the tube trays are correctly positioned, either pushed all the way in or pulled all the way out.
