If your Royal Sovereign Cash Counters & Coin Sorters machine isn't sorting coins into the tubes, it might be jammed. This can happen due to foreign objects or bent, damaged, or sticky coins. The machine is designed to resolve jams automatically, so wait about 15 seconds for the agitation screw and running vessel to rotate back and forth. If it's still jammed, gently tap the side of the machine. If that doesn't work, turn the machine off using the “RUN/STOP” button. Loosen the hopper lid screw with a coin, lift the lid to expose the running vessel, and remove the jammed item. Replace the hopper lid, screw it in, and push the “RUN/STOP” button to restart sorting.
