    Why are coins not sorting into tubes in my Royal Sovereign FS-44P?

      If the Royal Sovereign Cash Counters & Coin Sorters are not sorting coins into the tubes, it might be due to a jam. You can try gently tapping the machine on the side to loosen any jammed coins. The unit is designed to resolve jams automatically, so wait about 15 seconds as the Agitation Screw and Running Vessel rotate forwards and backwards. If it's still stuck, push the RUN/STOP button to halt sorting. Loosen the Hopper Lid Screw with a coin, then lift the Hopper Lid and remove the Inner Vessel to expose the Running Vessel. Clear any jammed items, replace the Inner Vessel, screw the Hopper Lid back on, and then push RUN/STOP to resume sorting.

      If the Royal Sovereign Cash Counters & Coin Sorters motor does not run, first check that the power cord is properly plugged in and that the power switch is turned on. If it still does not work, try pushing the 'RUN/STOP' button again and ensure that the tube trays are correctly positioned.
