FACTORY RESET
CHARGING
To Factory Rest the Shockwave hold the Intercom
Button and Media Button and Select/Phone
Button for 5+ seconds, a voice message of ‘Reset’
will sound, and turn the system back onz as
normal.
Plug the USB-C cable into the charging port, the
LED will light up RED and stay static to indicate it
is charging.
When the device is fully charged, the RED LED will
flash to indicate that it is fully charged.

NOTES:
• Never charge the battery whilst it is installed in the helmet.
• Never let the battery completely discharge to 0% (10% Maximum), doing so may
degrade the battery life.
• Average Charge Time = 1 hr 38 mins
