ROSEMARY AND GARLIC POTATO WEDGES
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
500g potato wedges
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
3 sprigs rosemary, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp semolina/ne polenta
1 tsp salt
Method:
1. Preheat air fryer at 200°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Put the mixture in the basket.
4. Cook for 30 minutes.
5. Shake the basket half way through cooking.
