CHILD LOCK
Use to prevent unsupervised operation of the microwave by children.
To set the CHILD LOCK: Press and hold the STOP/ CLEAR button for 3 seconds. A beep will
sound indicating that the child lock function has been activated and the display will show the
LOCKED indicator.
To cancel the CHILD LOCK: Press and hold the STOP/ CLEAR button for 3 seconds until the
beep has sounded and the lock indicator on the display goes off.
KITCHEN TIMER
Press the CLOCK/ KITCHEN TIMER button twice. The LED will display 00:00 and the clock
indicator will light.
Turn the control dial to enter the correct time. (The maximum time is 95 minutes).
Press START/ +30SEC/ CONFIRM to confirm the setting. The clock indicator light will light
indicating your selection.
When the desired kitchen time has been reached, the clock indicator light will disappear. The
handy chime will ring 5 times.
Note: The Kitchen Timer is purely a timer and must not be confused with Setting the Clock. If
the clock is set (using the 24 hours system) then the LED will display the current time.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR NEW MICROWAVE
A beep or alert tone will sound once when turning the knob at the beginning.
START/ +30SEC/ CONFIRM must be pressed to continue cooking if the door is opened
during the cooking cycle.
If the cooking programme has been set but the START/ +30SEC/ CONFIRM button is
not pressed within 1 minute then the setting will automatically cancel itself out. The
