  Uneven chopping in your Russell Hobbs Food Processor can occur if the workbowl is overfilled, if you're running the bowl continuously instead of using PULSE, or if the food pieces are different sizes. For more even processing, use smaller amounts of food, use the PULSE button in short bursts (5 seconds or less), allowing the blades to stop completely between pulses, and ensure food is cut into uniformly sized pieces before processing.

  If liquid leaks from the bottom of the workbowl of your Russell Hobbs Food Processor, it's likely due to processing too much liquid at once. Process smaller amounts, and do not exceed 3 cups of liquid in the workbowl. Also, be sure to leave the blade in place when removing the workbowl from the processor.

  If soft cheese collects on the disc of your Russell Hobbs Food Processor, it may not have been cold enough, or too much pressure was exerted on the pusher. Ensure soft cheeses are well chilled, or place them in the freezer until a knife can only penetrate about 12mm. Use the food pusher as a guide, and avoid applying hard pressure.

  It's normal for sliced or grated foods to accumulate on one side of the bowl in your Russell Hobbs Food Processor. Stop processing occasionally to even out the food in the workbowl, or move it to another bowl. Empty the workbowl when food accumulates close to the disc before continuing.

  It is normal for some pieces of food to remain on top of the slice/grate disc in your Russell Hobbs Food Processor. You can slice or grate these pieces by hand or save them for another use, such as soups that will be pureed.
