Step 21 – Connect the Enclosure Upper Frame to the Lower Frame
Lift the assembled enclosure frame and connect Upper Frame Tube with Foam (# 19) to Lower Frame Tube
with Foam (# 20). Repeat in the same manner for all enclosure frame tubes.
