How to fix Ryobi 3000 PSI, RY80030A Pressure Washer engine that fails to start?

If your Ryobi Pressure Washer's engine won't start, first, make sure the engine switch is in the start position. If it still doesn't start, check if the fuel tank is empty and fill it if needed. Also, inspect the spark plug for shorts or fouling and replace it if necessary. A broken spark plug (cracked porcelain or broken electrodes) can also prevent starting, so replace it if damaged. Check the ignition lead wire; replace it or reattach it to the spark plug if it's shorted, broken, or disconnected. If none of these steps work, the ignition may be inoperative, and you should contact an authorized service center.
