cut-off
machine
comes
fulfy
assembled.
WARNING:
Do
not
connect
machine
to
power
source
until
assembly
is
cornplete.
Failureto
comply
could
resuft
in
accidentaf
starting
and
possible
serious
injury.
REMOVAL
AND
INSTALLATION
OF
CUT.OFF
WHEEL
WHEEL
REMOVAL
1.
Be
sure the
tool is
disconnected
from the
power
source.
2.
Raise
the
tool to its fulf
open
position
and
rotate
the
lower
wheel
guard
upward,
exposing
the
hex
head
bolt
which
secures
the
abrasive wheel
to
the
wneet
arDor
(Ftgure
3).
3.
Push
in
the
shaft lock
lever
(Figure
4)
and
rotate
the
wheel
until
the
shaft
lock
lever
engages,
locking
the
wheel in
place.
4.
while
holding
the
shaft lock lever
in
place,
use
the
supplied
17
mm wrench
and
loosen
the
hex
head
bolt
by rotating
it
counterclockwise.
Remove
the
hex
head
bolt, wosher,
outside flange,
and
abrasive
wheel.
NOTE:
The
inside flange
is
held
in
place
by
a
spring
clip
and
inner
washer
onto
the
wheel
arbor.
Do
not
remove
these
components;
removal
is
not required
for
wheel
changes.
