NOTICE:
Always leave the high volume hose free of obstructions
and and remove the pinch valve adaptor when not in use.
Overheating could occur if high volume hose is blocked.
DEFLATING WITH THE HIGH VOLUME HOSE
See Figure 8, page 12.
The high volume hose, when placed in the deator port, can
be used to remove air from inated items.
Place the hose inside the deator port.
Press the mode/power button on the side of the inator
to turn on the digital gauge.
Press the mode/power button again to select the high
volume mode.
Press the start/stop button to start deating.
When the item has been deated, press the start/stop
button to stop deating.
Remove the hose by pulling it from the deator port.
Store the hose in the hose wrap on the back side of the
unit.
INFLATING WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE
HOSE
See Figure 9, page 12.
The air chuck on the high pressure hose can be used without
adaptors to inate tires or with any application that has a
valve stem that ts the air chuck opening.
NOTE: When inating items of 10 PSI or less, inate in short
bursts and check after each burst by feel or with a calibrated
measuring device to determine accurate pressure.
Press the mode/power button to turn on the digital gauge.
The unit will start up in high pressure mode by default.
NOTE: Make sure digital gauge is set at 0 before use.
If gauge reads “Err” or needs resetting, press and hold
both the mode/power button and start/stop button for
about 5seconds.
Press the air chuck into the valve stem, making sure it
is a secure t.
NOTE: The current air pressure inside the item will be
shown on the display.
Press the (+) or (–) button to select the needed air pres-
sure. Press and hold the (+) or (–) button to increase or
decrease the air pressure in 5
PSI increments.
Press the start/stop button to start inating.
NOTE: The pressure readout on the gauge while inating
is a measurement of the uctuating pressure between
the item and the high pressure hose. To get an accurate
reading, stop inating and follow above instructions for
reading the air pressure.
NOTE: Stand 10 feet away from item during ination.
Turn off the inator and remove the high pressure hose.
Press and hold the mode/power button to deactivate
the display.
NOTE: Check your vehicle’s manufacturer manual for the
optimal air pressure for your tires.
INFLATING MANUALLY FOR HIGH
PRESSURE APPLICATIONS
Connect the high pressure hose to item to be inated.
Press mode/power button to select high pressure.
Press and hold start/stop button until desired pressure
is reached.
Turn off the inator and remove the high pressure hose.
INSTALLING/REMOVING ACCESSORIES
See Figures 10 - 13, pages 12 - 13.
The supplied accessories perform a variety of functions. The
pinch valve adaptor can be used on smaller pinch valves
to inate items like oats and children’s toys, which usually
require the user to inate them by blowing air into them. The
sports ball needle can be used to inate any type of sports
ball or any other item that requires an ination sports ball
needle.
NOTE: When inating items of 10 PSI or less, inate in short
bursts and check after each burst by feel or with a calibrated
measuring device to determine accurate pressure.
To use the sports ball needle:
Insert the sports ball needle into the sports ball valve
and inate.
After ination, turn off the inator and remove the sports
ball needle and return to the onboard storage area on the
battery port side of the unit.
NOTE: Pressure required for most sports balls is too low for
accurate reading on gauge.
The Presta valve adaptor can be used for Presta valve stems
as described below. Before inating a tire with a Presta
valve, loosen the locking nut on the valve stem to inate.
Once ination is complete, tighten the locking nut to seal
the tire valve.
To use the Presta valve adaptor:
Thread the Presta valve adaptor into the air chuck on the
end of the high pressure hose.
Loosen the Presta valve locking nut on the Presta valve
stem.
Thread the Presta valve adaptor onto the Presta valve
stem. Tighten rmly, being careful not to cross-thread.
Inate as described previously in Inflating With the High
Pressure Hose.
After ination, turn off the inator and remove the air
chuck and tighten locking nut.
