Always wear eye, ear, and head
protection when operating the product.
Wear non-slip, heavy-duty protective
gloves. Wear non-skid, protective
footwear that will protect your feet
and improve your footing on slippery
surfaces.
Insert the pruner attachment into the telescopic pole coupler, and tighten the
coupler. Install the telescopic pole into the powerhead coupler, and tighten the
coupler.
Adjust the chain tension using a at-head screwdriver. To increase the chain
tension, turn the chain tensioning screw clockwise. To reduce the chain tension,
turn the chain tensioning screw counterclockwise.
NOTE: Pull down the saw chain at the middle of the lower side of the bar until the
gap between the drive teeth and guide bar is between 3 and 4 mm.
Remove the guide bar cover.
Insert the battery pack until it clicks into
place.
Attach the harness to the harness
hanger.
Slide the trigger lock forwards and
squeeze the on/off trigger to power on
the product.
