ADJUSTING THE CHAIN TENSION
1. Press the latch, and remove the battery
pack.
2. Using the wrench, loosen the bar bolt of
the sprocket cover.
3. Adjust the chain tension using a flat-
head screwdriver. To increase the
chain tension, turn the chain tensioning
screw clockwise. To reduce the chain
tension, turn the chain tensioning screw
counterclockwise.
NOTE: Pull down the chain at the middle
of the lower side of the bar until the gap
between the drive teeth and guide bar is
between 3 and 4 mm.
4. Fully tighten the bar bolt and sprocket
cover using a wrench.
