Why is my Saeco Dehumidifier not turning on?

  If your Saeco Dehumidifier isn't running, first, ensure it's properly plugged into the outlet. If that's not the issue, check if the water tank is full and empty it if needed, then reinsert it correctly. Also, make sure the condensation collection tank is correctly inserted. For models like Mirage, Mirage Combi, and Mirage Plus, verify that the ON/OFF button is pressed. Finally, ensure the set degree of dehumidification hasn't been reached; if it has, increase it using the appropriate knob. Additionally, ensure that the seat of the floater has been completely emptied.

  If there is no air flow from your Saeco Dehumidifier, first check the air filters and clean or replace them if they are obstructed. If you have a Mirage S model, increase the degree of dehumidification desired using the appropriate knob until the LED is on, then wait for the technical starting time.

Why is my Saeco MIRAGE DEU 001 (Mirage Combi) not heating?

  If the Combi or Heating mode is selected on your Saeco Dehumidifier (Mirage Combi) but the room isn't heating, it could be due to a tripped safety protection relay for the heating element. Unplug the unit for 2 minutes, find and fix the cause of the overheating, then plug it back in. Also, check if the selected temperature has been reached; if it has and you want a higher temperature, select a higher setting.
