Remove water tank and fill with fresh water. (Figure 1)

Replace water tank back onto machine.

Open bean hopper lid and fill with whole espresso beans*. (Figure 2)

Replace bean hopper lid.

Attach power cord to machine and plug into outlet. (Figure 3)

Place a cup under the steam/hot water wand.

Turn the machine on by pressing the on/off button.

The machine will automatically perform a rinsing cycle. A small
quantity of water will be dispensed.

The cycle will be completed automatically.
