  Your Saey Stove window might be getting dirty quickly due to several reasons: * The wood may be too wet. Use dry wood with a humidity of max. 20%. * The fuel could be wrong. Ensure logs are small enough and use only the right type of wood. * There might be too much wood. Don’t refill more than 2-3 pieces max. * There could be too little combustion air. Check for good passage in the supply pipe, consider installing an extra air supply conduct, or shut down the ventilation system of the house.
