6 ASS’Y EVAP PART
1) Heat exchanger service is a major repair ser-
vice item.
2) First of all, after checking whether refriger-
ant surely be discharged or not through dis-
charging refrigerant operation, start opera-
tion.
3) Please work by a qualified worker as items
requiring welding operations.
4) Please dispose fire extinguisher around
work place surely against fire emergency.
1) Separates a high pressure pipe flare nut.(Using
MONKEY SPANNER)
2) Separates low pressure pipe (9/8 inch) carefully
using gas welding machine.
Separates low pressure pipe carefully that
welding heat does not touch drain fan made
of plastic.
3) Unscrew 4 heat exchanger top screws.
(using + SCREW DRIVER)
4) Unscrew 4 fixed screws of heat exchanger
cover's right. (using + SCREW DRIVER)
5) Unscrew 4 fixed screws of heat exchanger
cover's left. (using + SCREW DRIVER)
