ASS’Y EVAP PART
1) Heat exchanger service is major
repairs service work.
2)
First, collect all of the refrigerant to the
outdoor unit by a refrigerant recovery
operation and begin work.
3)
Welding work qualification possession
worker works.
4)
Always place a fire extinguisher in
preparation for an emergency.
1)
Remove the high pressure pipe flare nut.
(Use Monkey Spanner)
2)
Carefully separate the low pressure pipe
(9/8 inch) using gas welding machine.
Take care lest welding heat should
go to drain fan. (It is made of plas-
tic.)
3)
Remove the 4 screws from the upside of
heat exchanger. (Use +Screw Driver)
4)
Remove the 4 screws from the right side of
heat exchanger cover. (Use +Screw Driver)
5)
Remove the 4 screws from the left side of
heat exchanger cover. (Use +Screw Driver)
