  Several factors could be causing your Samsung Air Conditioner to have an improper airflow temperature. First, check the set temperature. In Cool mode, cooling occurs only when the set temperature is lower than the current temperature. In Heat mode, heating occurs only when the set temperature is higher than the current temperature. Use the (Temperature) button on the remote control to change the set temperature. Also, a blocked air filter, coverings or obstacles near the outdoor unit, open doors or windows, or a pipe length exceeding the maximum can decrease performance. Clean the air filter regularly and ensure proper installation, and close all doors and windows. Also, check if the Defrost function is on. During defrost, the fan stops and warm air does not come out.
