correctly?
Yes
Replace the inverter PCB.
No
Is the resistance
between pin1 and pin3 of the fan
(CNP901 or CN901) over 1MΩ.
Yes
Replace the inverter PCB.
No
Is the voltage
between pin4 and pin3 of the fan
(CNP901 or CN901) over 15V?
Yes
Replace the fan motor.
No
Is the voltage between
pin5 and pin3 of the fan (CNP901 or CN901)
during the operation 1V~6V?
Yes

Replace inverter PCB.
