Check the exhaust system for any lint buildup and consider having the ducting inspected and cleaned annually. Use a 4” rigid metal exhaust duct. Avoid overloading the dryer; one wash load should equal one dryer load. Sort heavy items from lighter ones, and reposition large, bulky items to ensure even drying. Confirm that your washer is draining correctly, and if the load is too small, add a few towels.
