In Menu mode, select 1. Messages and select a
contact.
Select a text or multimedia message.2.

To send an email
In Menu mode, select 1. Email →anaccount→
Compose.
Select 2. Contacts.
Select the check boxes next to contacts and select 3.
Add.
Select the subject field and enter a subject.4.
Select 5. Tap to add text and enter your message
text.
Select 6.
→Attach items and add an item (if
necessary).
Select 7. Send to send the message.
