What to do if my Samsung GT-S5300 freezes or has fatal errors?

If your Samsung Cell Phone freezes, you may need to close applications or reset the device. If an application is frozen but your device is still responsive, close the application using the task manager. If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the Power key for 8-10 seconds. If the problem continues, perform a factory data reset by going to Settings, then Privacy, then Factory data reset, then Reset phone, and finally Erase everything.
