Check if output
is measured at the pin 33 of
VIC1 LA73054.
Check if VDD of
3.3V is measured at the pin 1, 14, 30,
46, 62, 77 of MIC1.
Check if VDD of
5V is measured at the pin 1, 24, 34
of VIC1.
Replace the MIC1 IC.
Replace the VIC1.
Check if the pin 10, 11 of
MCON2 are 3.3V.
Check if the pin 3 of CON3 is
5V.
