Auto Defrost Settings (M1638)
Remove all kinds of package material before defrosting.
Place the frozen foods on a turntable.
Turn the food over when the oven beeps.
Keep the standing time of corresponding food after Auto Defrosting being
finished.
Food Portion Standing Time Recommendation
Meat 200-1500g 20-60min. Shield the edges with aluminium foil.
Poultry 200-1500g 20-60min. Turn the food over when the oven
Fish 200-1500g 20-50min. beeps

Select the defrosting fuction with a power level of 180W if you want to
defrost food manually.
