Too complicated

Simplify the page
layout and remove
unnecessary graphics
from your document.

persists, expand the
memory in your

Cart
The life of some
parts on the toner
cartidge ends.
Regardless of the
remaining toner, this
is warning message
showing that the toner
cartidge replacement
is needed as the parts
life is exhausted.
The toner cartidge is
at the end of its life
and the print quality
lowers, you need to
replace the cartridge
to new one.
Replace Toner This message
appears between
the Toner Empty
and Toner Low
status.
Replace the toner
cartridge with a new
one. See page 8.4.
Reset Now
The network card is
initializing.
Wait until the
message is cleared.
Restore
The printer settings
or network settings
are turning to their
default value.
Wait until restoring is
complete.
Self Diagnostic... The engine in your
printer is checking
some problems
detected.
Please wait a few
minutes.
Serial Error There is a problem
in your printer.
Unplug the power
cord and plug it back
in. If the problem
persists, please call
for service.
Sleeping
The printer is on
power save mode.
When data is
received, it switches
to on-line
automatically.
Toner Empty The toner cartridge
has run out. The
printer stops
printing.
Replace the toner
cartridge with a new
one. See page 13.5.
Toner Low The toner cartridge
is almost empty.
Take out the toner
cartridge and
thoroughly shake it.
By doing this, you can
temporarily
reestablish printing
operations.
