1)Checkifthecyantonercartridgeisinstalledproperly.Turnthemachineoffthenon.
2)Iftheerrormessageisnotdisappear,removethecyantonercartridge.Thoroughlyrollthecartridgeveorsixtimes
todistributethetonerevenlyinsidethecartridge.Andreinstallthetonercartridge.
3)Iftheproblempersists,checkthattheCRUMcontactareaiscontaminated.Cleanit.
4)Iftheproblempersists,replacethecyantonercartridgewithnewone.
