SamsungmayofferupgradesfortheTV’srmwareinthefuture.
TheseupgradescanbeperformedviatheTVwhenitisconnectedtotheInternet,orbydownloadingthenewrmware
fromsamsung.comtoaUSBmemorydevice.
•AlternativeSoftware(Backup)showsThepreviousversionthatwillbereplaced.
•Softwareisrepresentedas‘Year/Month/Day_V ersion’.
Themorerecentthedate,thenewerthesoftwareversion.
Installingthelatestversionisrecommended.

InsertaUSBdrivecontainingthermwareupgradedownloadedfromsamsung.comintotheTV .Pleasebecarefultonot
disconnectthepowerorremovetheUSBdrivewhileupgradesarebeingapplied.
TheTVwillturnoffandturnonautomaticallyaftercompletingthermwareupgrade.Pleasecheckthermwareversion
aftertheupgradesarecomplete(thenewversionwillhaveahighernumberthantheolderversion).
Whensoftwareisupgraded,videoandaudiosettingsyouhavemadewillreturntotheirdefault(factory)settings.We
recommendyouwritedownyoursettingssothatyoucaneasilyresetthemaftertheupgrade.
