The Picture is Distorted, or No Sound Comes Out of the Sound

No TV sound from the sound bar, or distorted TV picture are often caused by loose cable connections.
When the TV does not connect with an external device properly
The TV's colour, design, accessories (including the remote control) and features may differ depending on the model or
geographical area.
When the picture looks distorted,
First disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV or the One Connect Box,
then unplug the power cable and plug it back into the wall outlet.
