9. Insert the hinge shaft (A) into the
leftmost hole on the bottom hinge plate
as shown in the gure, and then tighten
it until it is securely in place.
10. Insert the hinge bolt (A) into the hole
next to the hinge shaft as shown in
the gure, and then tighten it until it is
securely in place.
11. Flip the hinge shim (A) 180 degrees as
shown in the gure.
