Printqualityisaffectedbyatmosphericpressure,whichisdeterminedbytheheightofthemachineabovesealevel.The
followinginformationwillguideyouonhowtosetyourmachineforthebestprintquality.
Beforeyousetthealtitudevalue,determinethealtitudewhereyouare.
YoucansetthealtitudevaluefromDeviceSettingsorMachinesectioninPrinterSettingsUtilityprogram.
•ForWindowsandMacintosh,opentheSamsungEasyPrinterManagerprogram.
ClickDeviceSettings>LinktoProgrambutton,youcancongurevariousmachinesettings.
•ForLinux,opentheSmartPanelprogram.
ClickPrinterSetting.ClickSetting>AltitudeAdjustment.Selecttheappropriatevaluefromthedrop-downlist,and
thenclickApply.
YoucanalsosetthealtitudeinSystemSetupoptiononthemachine’sdisplay.
•Select“Menu>SystemSetup>MachineSetup>AltitudeAdj.onthecontrolpanel.
