Keypad tone
This menu allows you to select the tone your phone
sounds when you press a key. To turn the sound off for
your keypad, select
Off.
Message tone
This menu allows you to select how your phone informs
you that a new message has been received.
Text message
The following options are available for alerting you to new
text messages:
Off: the phone does not use an SMS tone.
Light only: the service light flashes.
Vibration: the phone vibrates.
Single beep: the phone beeps once.
SMS tone x: the phone uses one of several SMS tones.
Picture message
The following options are available for alerting you to new
multimedia messages:
Off: the phone does not use an MMS tone.
Light only: the service light flashes.
Vibration: the phone vibrates.
Single beep: the phone beeps once.
MMS tone x: the phone uses one of several MMS tones.
