Phone book
You can store phone numbers with a callers name in your
SIM card or in your phone’s memory. These memory
location are physically separate but are used as a single
entity, called your
Phone book.
Note: The maximum number of phone numbers that you can store varies
depending on your particular SIM card.
Storing a number with a name
There are two ways to store a number:
Using the Save soft key in Idle mode
Using the New Entry option in the Phone book menu.
Storing a number in Idle mode
When you enter a number, Save displays above the left
soft key so you can store the number in your Phone book.
1. Enter the number you want to store.
Note:
If you make a mistake entering a number, correct it using the
key.
2. To save the number, press the Save soft key.
3. Select a category for the number. There are three
categories available:
Mobile number
•Work number
Home number
To select the category, press the Up or Down key and
press the
