Storing a contact on the SIM card
1. Select SIM .
2. Enter information about the contact.
• Name : assign a name.
• Phone number : add a number.
• Location : assign a location number.
3. Press < Save > to save the contact.
Group (Menu 2.3)
Use this menu to organise your contacts in caller
groups.
Creating a new caller group
1. Press < Options > and select Create group .
2. Enter a name for the group.
3. Select the caller ID line and set an image or a
video clip.
4. Select the ringtone line and set a ring tone.
5. Press < Save > to save the group.
Adding members to a caller group
1. Select a group.
2. Press < Add >.
3. Press [Centre] to select the contacts to be added.
4. Press < Select >.
Managing caller groups
While viewing the group list, press < Options > to
access the following options:
• View : display the members of the selected group.
• Create group : add a new group.
• Edit : change the group properties.
• Send message : send an SMS, MMS, or e-mail
message to the group members you want.
• Delete : delete the selected group or all groups.
Group members, however, will not be deleted from
Phonebook.
To assign a caller ID image or video, ringtone, or
group, the contact must be saved to the phone’s
memory.
