by pressing and holding the associated number key (for a 1 digit
speed dial #) or the last associated number key (for a 2 digit speed
dial #).
To assign a speed dial #:
1. Press , followed by for Contacts.
2. Press for Speed Dial #s
3. Using the navigation keys, highlight the number that you
wish to assign and press the left softkey for Assign.
4. Highlight the Contact that you wish to assign to the speed
dial # and press .
• To call a Contact using a 1 digit speed dial, from the Idle
screen, press and hold the # key assigned to the Contact.
• To call a Contact using a 2 digit speed dial, from the Idle
screen, enter the first digit, and then press and hold the # key
for the second digit of the speed dial # assigned to the Contact.
Group
You can associate a preset group name to your entries to help you
sort them easier in the Contacts. The preset group names already
programmed into your phone
To change the name of a group:
1. Press , followed by for Contacts.
2. Press for Group.
3. Highlight the group that you want to change the name for.
4. Press the right softkey for Options and select Rename
group.
5. Enter the new name for the group and press .
To associate an existing number located in your Contacts:
