Resetting the Preferences
Resetting the phone preferences erases all phone preference
information and returns the phone to the default settings. This
includes all personal information entered in the Address Book,
Date Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad.
To reset the phone
1. From the Security screen, tap the “Details” button.
2. Tap the “Phone Reset” button.
3. Tap “OK” to reset your phone.
