Network Connections
Your phone can connect wirelessly to network services from
email and wireless web internet service. Network preferences
identify your ISP’s (Internet Service Providers). You can
establish the following connections:
䊳 PPP (Point to Point Protocol)
䊳 SLIP (Serial Line Internet Protocol)
䊳 CSLIP (Compressed Serial Line Internet Protocol)
The proper network settings must be configured before the
Wireless Web or email services can be used.
Entering Network Settings
1. From the phone main menu, tap .
2. “All” should be selected, tap the Prefs icon.
3. Tap the drop down list located in the upper right corner.
Select
Network.
Selecting a Service
Use the Service field to select the desired ISP or to set up access
to a dial in server.
1. Tap the “Service” drop down list to display a list of
available service providers.
