service. Notice addresses may be changed by giving notice as

Choice of Law; Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws
of the state of Missouri without regard to choice of law
principles. You agree to submit yourself to the personal
jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Missouri.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS. YOU AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS
BETWEEN YOU AND SPRINT PCS RELATED TO THIS
AGREEMENT WILL BE LITIGATED INDIVIDUALLY AND THAT
YOU WILL NOT CONSOLIDATE OR SEEK CLASS TREATMENT
FOR ANY CLAIM, UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO IN
WRITING BY BOTH OF US.
