This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the LED TV.
CAUTION
Disconnect the LED TV from the power source before disassembly.1.
Follow these directions carefully.2.
Use the Samsung Service tool to disassemble the cabinet. -
Recommend to use the Samsung Service tool.•
Recommended Torque for Cabinet/Stand screws : 22.0 ~ 26.5lbf -
A strength of Torque can be changed depending on the situation.•

Carefully position the TV so that the screen is
facing downwards. Make sure to place the TV
upon a soft cushion or any material that will
prevent damage to the screen.
Place TV face down on the Protective Cushion.•

Remove the ASSY STAND P-BOTTOM (R/L)
with pulling it down.
